Welcome to A RUNNING LIST 5KM run with Puppy Sphere organized by A RUNNING LIST. By registering for this event, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not register for our event.
2. Liability
A RUNNING LIST 5KM run with Puppy Sphere is organized by A RUNNING LIST, hereafter referred to as "the Organizer." The term 'participant' refers to individuals who register for and participate in the event.
The Organizer is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or other harm that may occur during participation in the event. Participants understand and agree that they assume all liability for any risks associated with participating in the event, including but not limited to physical injuries, property damage, or any other losses.
The Organizer is not directly affiliated with any collaborators or partners mentioned in relation to the event. Collaborators and partners are not liable for any issues arising from the event, including but not limited to injuries, accidents, or financial losses.
3. Personal Responsibility
Participants acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their own health and well-being during the event. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure that they are physically capable of participating in the event activities.
The information provided by the Organizer is not intended to be medical or healthcare advice. Participants should consult with their healthcare provider before participating in the event, especially if they have any underlying medical conditions or concerns.
4. Consent for Marketing Communications
By registering for the event, participants may choose to sign up for news and updates, including marketing emails, by checking the designated box during registration. Participants understand and consent that by opting in, they may receive periodic marketing communications from A RUNNING LIST.
Participants have the option to opt-out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the emails or by contacting A RUNNING LIST directly.
5. Consent for Photography and Videography
Participants consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. A RUNNING LIST reserves the right to use these photographs, videos, or recordings for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, marketing materials, and website content.
Participants understand that their likeness may be publicly shared and consent to waive any rights or claims to compensation for the use of their likeness in promotional materials.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
A RUNNING LIST reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the event website or communicated directly to participants.
By continuing to participate in the event after the posting of changes, participants accept and agree to the modified terms and conditions.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
