1. Research

  • Using A RUNNING LIST mapped, social media, or local running stores, research run clubs in your area.

  • Narrow down the run clubs near you or in the area you would like to run in.

2. Reach out

  • Confirm the run club you are interested in attending is still running as advertised [time/location/date/membership fee (if any)].

  • Contacting run clubs can be done via their social media, STRAVA, websites or other communication platforms they may use such as WhatsApp.

  • Some free drop-in run clubs require attendees to fill out RSVP forms or sign waivers. Ensure you have reviewed specific requirements (if any) before attending.

  • Ask any other questions you may have such as if they have bag drop, what their pace is or the distance they run.

3. Run

  • Head out to their meeting location! Sometimes this is at a store, local park or coffee shop.

  • Run!

  • This is a great way to meet the members and see if it is a good fit for you!
